Jerry C. Dewbre
Chief Executive Officer

Jerry's previous experience includes 13 years with a major oil company in various engineering and management positions and more than 20 years in an independent operating and engineering consulting capacity. He has extensive experience in drilling, production and reservoir engineering. Since 1980, his efforts have focused in the State of Texas.

Jerry has been chosen by the State of Texas to serve as Trustee for certain Duval County oil and gas leases, and is on the City of Corpus Christi Oil and Gas Advisory Board. He has previously served as a court appointed receiver for operating oil and gas wells. Jerry holds a BS degree in Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management. He is registered in the State of Texas as a Professional Petroleum Engineer.

Eduardo A. Riddle
President

Ed's previous experience includes 9 years with a major oil company in various engineering positions and more than 20 years in an independent operating and engineering consulting capacity. He has extensive experience in drilling, production and reservoir engineering, in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma and South America.

Ed is a member of SPE, TIPRO, SIPES and various other industry organizations. He is a past member of the Petroleum Engineering Industry Board of Texas A&M University. Ed has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.

Jack P. Day
Vice President - Operations

Jack Day joined Dewbre Petroleum Corporation in 1988 as an Operations Engineer and is personally involved in the daily operations and production of all the company's properties. Jack has more than 25 years of experience in the South Texas oil and gas industry beginning as a Field Engineer and serving 3 years with Halliburton Services followed by 4 years as a Production Engineer for an independent producing company. He received a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Russell R. Douglas
Vice President - Engineering

Rusty Douglas joined Dewbre Petroleum Corporation in 1994 as an Operations Engineer. He supervises all phases of the company's engineering including drilling, operations and reserves. Rusty has more than 25 years of experience in the South Texas oil and gas industry beginning with Baker Hughes followed by independent oil & gas operators. He received a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
