Jerry C. Dewbre
President and Chief Executive Officer

Jerry's previous experience includes 13 years with a major oil company in various engineering and management positions and more than 20 years in an independent operating and engineering consulting capacity. He has extensive experience in drilling, production and reservoir engineering. Since 1980, his efforts have focused in the State of Texas.

Jerry has been chosen by the State of Texas to serve as Trustee for certain Duval County oil and gas leases, and is on the City of Corpus Christi Oil and Gas Advisory Board. He has previously served as a court appointed receiver for operating oil and gas wells. Jerry holds a BS degree in Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management. He is registered in the State of Texas as a Professional Petroleum Engineer.

Jack P. Day
Vice President - Operations Engineer

Mr. Day joined Dewbre Petroleum Corporation in 1988 as an Operations Engineer and is personally involved in the daily operations and production of all the company's properties. Mr. Day has more than 25 years of experience in the South Texas oil and gas industry beginning as a Field Engineer and serving 3 years with Halliburton Services followed by 4 years as a Production Engineer for an independent producing company. He received a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M University.

David Kinard
Vice President - Production / Management

Mr. Kinard joined Dewbre Petroleum Corporation in early 2005 as the Business and Development Manager. Mr. Kinard has expanded his role to become Vice President of Production / Management handling divestitures, negotiating third party services, review and negotiating contracts, supervising legal and land issues and assisting with operations. Prior to this Mr. Kinard spent over 12 years in various roles in the oil and gas industry with BJ Services, Stinger Wellhead Protection, and Weatherford. Mr. Kinard holds a BS in Business Administration from the Ohio State University.
