DPC was formed in 1988, and maintains its offices in Corpus Christi, Texas. Since inception, the company has numerous oil and gas property and strategic leasehold acquisitions and currently operates more than 200 wells and produces about 20 MMCFE per day. The company's growth is a direct function of its excellent relationships with its working interest partners, deal generators and other E&P companies.

Having now celebrated our 20 year anniversary, Dewbre Petroleum Corporation continues to deliver the highest degree of professionalism in both the technical aspects of each venture and in our relationship and communications with partners. These factors are the key to the company's success. The following graph illustrates the company's growth in oil and gas production. Gross production from DPC operated wells increased from less than 3.4 MMCFEPD (million cubic feet per day equivalent) in 1990 to over 25 MMCFEPD in 2001. Early in 2002 a major property sale cut production by more than 50%. A new growth cycle began immediately. We continue to grow as DPC pursues a consistent strategy acquiring and working 3D Seismic data in areas in which DPC and it's technical staff have extensive experience.
